So we passed the vote for SFM.  Our Welfare Trust met last week and are now planning a timeline for the implementation of the plan for roughly January 1, 2008.  Also Ben Mellon has resigned from the Welfare Trust Board effective May 1, 2008.  Everyone please wish Ben good luck and a big thank you for all of his hard work.  Thankfully, Dana Caldart has stepped up and will now assume the role of Chair of the Welfare Trust while Mick Fish will be the Vice-Chair.  Due to the favorable vote, the Trust is continuing to work with our attorneys and actuaries to move forward on this project.  There will be a lot more news in the coming months so stay posted.
