Seattle Fire Fighters lead the State by collecting $67,335

Click here to make an online donation.  Thanks to 121 dedicated volunteers, Seattle Fire Fighters raised $67,335 this year.  All who helped fought off good reasons to do other things and gave a few hours to raise money for this worthy cause.

 Why do we do it?  All the money raised stays locally.  Some for research, some for automated wheel chairs, some for family support groups, and some to send kids to summer camp.  One camper told his counselor that camp is his favorite time of the year because it's the one time all year when other kids want to play with him.

Special thanks to Erina Queen, Kristine Gill, Cliff Mas, and Shata Stephenson for volunteering a week for summer camp.

On August 24, 48 volunteers took to the street and raised over $25,000.  Without the efforts of Erina Queen, Scott Helfrich and his son Ryan, Tim O'Mahony, Mark Frazier,  Dave Churchill, Jerry Meyer, Theresa Purtell, 16's A-shift, and 8's A-shift dollars would still be sitting in peoples pockets instead of helping the children of our community.
