Members are required to fill out and submit new open enrollment forms by November 16th.  This documentation is necessary even if a member does not want any health plan changes because it is a completely new plan and the document authorizes payroll deductions for the plan's premiums.

Your Welfare Trust has hired Benefit Solutions, Inc. to help you.  They will be the go-to front of the health plan.  If you have a benefit question, call them.  If you're need help during open enrollment, call them.  If you don't understand a bill in 2008, you will call them.  If you don't agree with a health charge in 2008, call them.  They are hired to help you.
