NOTICE OF REFERENDUM

Fire Fighter/Paramedic Overtime

32/24 Hour Exemption MOA

Seattle Fire Fighters Union, Local 27

International Association of Fire Fighters

Question to the membership:

Shall Local 27 ratify the proposed tentative agreement known as "Fire Fighter/Paramedic Overtime 32/24 Hour Exemption MOA" that would exempt Fire Fighter/Paramedics from the 32/24 hour OT rule so that special OT for a Fighter/Paramedic will not be used to determine hiring priority; and Fighter/Paramedics would not be selected for regular OT unless there are no Fire Fighters remaining on the regular OT list so that Fighter/ Paramedics will not compete against Fire Fighters for regular OT hiring purposes?
