How Do I Get Involved?

• 1) The first step is to sign up for Local 27's Voluntary Political Action Fund (VPAF) Payroll Deduction.

VPAC Form 

          This fund is used specifically to support candidates that support fire fighters and public safety. Seattle Fire Fighters have contributed thousands of dollars to individuals that met our high standards.

• 2) Sign up to volunteer for political action events such as the annual Washington State Legislative Conference, phone banking, sign-making, doorbelling, literature drops, and mailings.

• 3) Get educated on our issues by attending union meetings and reviewing all communication and correspondence from Local 27.
• 4) Apply to become a member of the Political Action Committee.
