Immediately available options to consider
We are continuing to develop additional resources for you to use in the interim until Dr. Murphy can return to Station 2 and her position in the Behavioral Health Program. Below are two options Regence Members can tap now:
inLife Clinic, Redmond, WA
Dr. Hamrick contacted Dr. Phyllis Rogers of the inLife Clinic in Redmond which has several providers with some available time slots (likely virtual) for Local 27 members. Dr. Rogers is a colleague of both Dr. Hamrick and Dr. Murphy with experience in working with first responders. She has agreed to help us out during this interim period. The Clinic number is 425-822-3252 and she asks that you identify yourself as a Local 27 and Trust member and a patient of Dr. Murphy, if applicable. Services you receive at the inLife Clinic would be reimbursed through the medical plan with benefits processed per the terms of the particular plan in which you are enrolled. If you have questions on which plan you are enrolled or what the benefits are please contact the Trust Office at 206-859-2693. This clinic currently has preferred status with Regence
MDLIVE Virtual Behavioral Health Care
This option is already part of the Trust medical plan through Regence and is available to members who have elected the Regence option. Accessing care is very straight forward (see attached flyer). In summary, you contact them at 1-888-725-3097 and make an appointment to have a licensed therapist meet with you. Appointments are usually within 24 hours. With your initial visit you will need to complete some background information on yourself and health plan, but no other documentation is required going forward. This care is available without charge to you or family members.
We want to emphasize that these are interim solutions until we have a better understanding of Dr. Murphy’s situation. Work continues to find additional resources for you during this time while also looking to future permanent expansion of the Behavioral Health program. More to come!
