WINFertility, the next generation of inclusive family-building solutions, is now part of our comprehensive fire fighter healthcare benefit package.
Building the family of your dreams isn’t always easy. Fertility issues can be stressful and complex. WIN is a national leader in fertility issues and in vitro fertilization (IVF). Selected after a long review of available options, they provide compassionate guidance on fertility issues and treatments from trained, experienced nurse care advocates. Your WIN team will help you and your family navigate your family-building journey and support you no matter where your journey takes you.
Effective October 1, 2023, our new family-building benefit covers the expenses associated with up to two fertility treatment cycles, including pre-treatment planning and counseling, egg retrieval, egg freezing, genetic testing, fertility coaching, and more. The benefit also covers the cost of related fertility medications.
Your family-building benefit begins when you meet with WIN’s team of professional fertility clinicians and associated team members. A nurse care advocate specially trained in fertility issues serves as your point person for the entire process, from the initial discussion of your options, the selection of the right fertility provider/clinic for you, and your treatment cycles.
